AELEILA is the brainchild of two friends, Sonia and Laura, who met during a stay abroad in Barcelona and both happen to be from Munich. Driven by their passion for design, fashion and extraordinary jewellery, they soon decided to found their own jewellery label. Design and creativity play a very important role for both of them, which they were already able to prove in their studies. Sonia studied Fashion Design at the University of West London and Laura studied Fashion Editor, Styling and Communication at the Accademia Costume e Moda in Rome.

AELEILA was founded by the two friends in 2021 in Munich and offers ethically produced jewellery that is 100% made in Germany. The unique designs are inspired by the many experiences and impressions the two have made on various trips, including to Australia, Bali, Thailand, Colombia and Panama.

AELEILA, derived from the name “Leila” (Arabic: most beautiful of all nights), is also reflected in the unique pieces of jewellery, which make the moments in which one wears AELEILA the most beautiful. Great importance is placed on pieces that make every outfit special, suit every occasion and are therefore particularly one thing: timeless and sustainable.
